Caroline - Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased)
"Wow, what a fantastic site! Especially all the trouble you have gone to to scan in the whole press book for Randall and Hopkirk! Fantastic work! The website is a credit to you!"

Michael Clark - Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased)
"May I take this opportunity to congratulate you on creating such a wonderful and informative Website on such a great and much missed actor, Mike Pratt. Of all those great I.T.C. series from that era, I have to confess that Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased), was, for me, the best of them all. The series had it all, drama, action, glamour, colour, humour, but most of all an innocense that is so sadly lost in todays crime dramas. Even the villains Jeff and Marty tackled were not that unlikeable."

David C. Orde - Mike Pratt
"I was reminded of Mike when a Radio 4 proramme this week dealt with Tommy Steele's early days. Prompted to Google Mike came upon your website. I knew Mike through his parents, Archie and Barbara Pratt. They were rightly proud of his work. We always followed his career and it is great to find such detail on your site. I remember his son refering to Roger Moore as 'Uncle Roger' and knew that he had many good friends in that milieu. Barbara and Archie were a lovely couple. Barbara had been a dancer and in her advanced years was still able to high kick and stand with her leg stretched straight over the kitchen table. Archie was a great character always there to help people particularly with alcohol related problems. He had in fact moved to Gloucestershire to help in such work and that's where our paths crossed. Barbara and Archie moved to Frinton and we visited them there a couple of times. Very fond memories of a lovely couple and their talented son, Mike."

OnTheBox - Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased)
"What a great site you have made, and well worth a visit. It's amazing the things you didn't know about some of the stars of your favourite programmes."

Elstree Calling - Mike Pratt
"An excellent website dedicated to the late actor who appeared in the cult action television series, Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased), which was made at Elstree Film Studios in 1969."

Tim - Mike Pratt website
"I would just like to say what a great site you have. It's funny what you didn't know about one of your favourite actors, and then you hit a site like this and become amazed at the range of different fields Mike was involved in. Keep up the great work."

Kevin O'Brien - Mike Pratt website
"Hi there. I just discovered this site this evening via a question on the Tommy Steele 'Yahoo!' space. It's bringing back many fond memories, especially of Randall & Hopkirk, a show that was a 'must-see' in our house when I was a kid! I know from personal experience how much effort it takes to maintain a site like this, so hats off to you, it's superb. Best regards."

PPKSahy - Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased)

Randall and Hopkirk's Office - Mike Pratt website
"Hi there! I've been wanting to contact you. I often visit your website, and wanted to tell you that it is fantastic! I recently set up a Randall & Hopkirk site with my sister, when we started getting back into the series. Trying to find other sites that are still on the go, and fans who are still interested has been... well, murder! I hope you don't mind, but we added a link to your site. It's one of the very best that we've found!"

Charles Kemp - Mike Pratt
"I worked in Clifford Essex Music Co from 1972-6. It was a fretted instrument shop (banjo, guitar, mandolin etc) in Earlham Street, just off of Shaftesbury Avenue. Mike Pratt was a regular customer, mainly buying instrument strings. I think he was keen on guitar and also banjo. A really nice guy, we (my fellow counter assistant Dee Demetriou) never talked to him about Randall & Hopkirk etc as it was company policy not to. We had many important customers such as Paul McCartney, Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin, and many other stars of the age. Bob Dylan had a mail order account there and during a 'clear-out' we found Al Capone's account card for banjo strings c/o Alcatraz (wish I'd kept the card). I am writing this while watching an episode of Randall & Hopkirk and was inspired to write.

Aaliya - Glad to see Mike is still in our hearts
"Hey there, I was pleased and surprised to see this site. I was searching for info on his daughter who I knew in school. I was lucky enough to meet him once at a school open day. He was tall, fascinating and really friendly. I still watch the re runs of Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) as often as I can, it takes me back to my childhood and my crush on ( sorry to say) Marty. Keep the faith."

Aitch - Mike
"My wife and I still miss him and I remember him being round at my house with Dudley Sutton for a party. You don't forget good nights like that. He was one of the best actors I ever worked with."

Richard Greenhalgh - Mike Pratt
"What a nice man he was! He was the first famous person I met when I came to London from Wolverhampton in 1971. I met him on the King`s Road and he was so friendly. He was in a play at the Royal Court. It was about rock music and was excellent."

Janet - Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased)
"Mike's programme to me was the best detective programme ever better than modern day detective programmes, i'll always miss him."

Gary Phillips - Mike Pratt aka Jeff Randall
"So sad that you left us Mike, I was only 15 when you passed away so i never got the chance to meet you, now i'm 45 and still regret not meeting you, still , i enjoy watcing you on DVD."

Alex Hindmarsh - Mike Pratt
"Fantastic to see this being re-shown on ITV4 again, I used to love this series when it was shown about 10-15 years ago (1995-6) I myself am on 25 but think it's a great programme, Mike and Kenneth work brilliantly together. I have only found out he passed away in 1976 from this site, very imformative, but also very sad to hear! was looking forward to see how he is still doing"

Liz Hart - Brill Site
"First want to say hello to everyone. I am 42 in June & i have been a fan of R&H Deceased since the 70's. Got every episode on video. This is a brill site & a great tribute to the lovely Mike Pratt."

Kevin Snelgrove - Website
"What an excellent and informative site. I am a great fan of the R&H series, still watching them now on TV. Mike was a talented man and a great actor. Best wishes to his family."

Tom D - Mike Pratt
"I've just watched The Saint episode "The Persistent Patriots" with Mike Pratt and decided to find out more about this excellent actor. How spooky that I should come across such an excellent and recently constructed site paying homage to this star of cult 60s and 70s British cult TV. God Bless You Mike."

Mikey D - Website
"Fantastic site for a great chap. Nice to hear from 'Aitch about his friendship with Mike on here and of course his comments on the series. What was it about these 60's series from ITC that struck a chord with so many people? They make you feel so nostalgic when you watch them even after alll these years. Does anybody remember when Mike and Kenneth guested on "The Golden Shot" at the height of the series and I remember when Ken disapeared on live telly and Bob Monkhouse said "how did they do that?" ...oh innocent times eh? Mike came across as a talented actor and nice bloke , It seems he was! Now off to watch it again..."

Pauline Botting - R&H,D
"Hello I have just found your website. It is so nice to see a well run site dedicated to this fine actor. I can recall watching R&H,D when I was a bit younger. I still remember hearing about Mike's death. It was very sad. Last weekend just gone, I went to the G-Mex in Manchester and I met Kenneth Cope who was doing a sigining at the Collectormania event. He is a lovely man and talked to me about the show and of Mike. Keep up the good work. Take care."

Pat Brien - Happy Childhood Memories
"I have happy childhood memories of Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased), and looking back, it seems to be that great pairing of completely different characters that made it so unforgettable. There's almost a Lennon/McCartney duality there, with Mike P as the hard-edged, cynical one; the hard line of reality to contrast with the white suited fantasy of his wide-eyed and deceased partner, actor Kenneth Cope. The 2000 remake, quality though it was, was ultimately a brilliant tribute to an original classic."

Jeremiah Harbottle - Congratulations
"Congratulations. It's the site Mike Pratt deserved. Well done.

Stuart - The Vipers
"I used to work in Wales during the late fifties and, like many at the time was a skiffle fan/player. On the way back to Wales one evening, I stopped off in Soho and visited the two eyes coffer bar. Mike was playing with (as I remember) Wally Whyton and a couple of other guys. Seeing I had a guitar with me, Mike called me up to sit in with The Vipers. He was such a great guy, he always made me welcome whenever I was in town to the point where I was virtually a full-time member of the group. Who remembers the Yellow Door?"

Shari Cohen - Web Site
"Very nice web site. I enjoyed looking through all the pages. The gift of "chance" graces many performers. Thank you for sharing.

Geoff - Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased)
"I am a big fan of Randall and Hopkirk, I think Mike is a superb actor, he and Ken Cope made a great pair on screen, I am sure I saw Mike doing some Shakespeare on TV once... I don't know an awful lot about Mike, but I have always admired his acting."
