In 1966 Mike appeared in a production of Dennis Cannan's "Us" at the Aldwych, directed by Peter Brook. The press night was on the 13th of October 1966. Sally Jacobs was the designer and David Read the light designer. Music was by Richard Peaslee. Additional lyrics were by Adiran Mitchell.
